How long does drying take?
Typically about 4–6 hours; heavily soiled carpet requiring multiple rinses may take up to 12 hours. Conditions and airflow affect drying.
Can you remove every stain?
Some stains and worn fibers remain visible after cleaning. We explain realistic expectations during inspection.
What if the truck-mounted equipment cannot reach?
A portable extractor is available when access requires it.

Carpet care from inspection to final review
Inspect the areas together
Show us traffic lanes, pet spots, spills, and any areas that concern you. We discuss the carpet’s condition and explain what cleaning can reasonably achieve before starting.
Loosen and extract soil
Our carpet process includes cleaning solution, spot treatment, fiber agitation, and hot water extraction. Truck-mounted equipment removes loosened soil and cleaning solution; a portable extractor is available when access requires it.
Plan for drying
Typical drying is about 4–6 hours. Multiple rinses on heavily soiled carpet can extend drying to about 12 hours. Airflow and conditions affect the timing; ask about aftercare before using the cleaned areas.
How to prepare
- Vacuum the carpet before your appointment.
- Pick up toys, shoes, cords, and other small floor items.
- Tell us the home’s number of levels and the rooms or stair steps to be cleaned.
- Keep children and pets away from the work area until it is safe to return.
